All Products made by Eat Cake, Celebrate! are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

INGREDIENTS

All cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens. For these reasons, Eat cake, Celebrate is unable to cater for allergies.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy / intolerance information, and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.

All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration.

​

QUOTATIONS

All Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

​

If in the event that the desired date has been filled by another order / customer, prior to the Customer confirming the booking, Eat, Cake Celebrate is not obliged to honour the quote.

​

Quotations are not bookings. All Quotations are subject to availability.

​

ORDERS

To place an order, please email through the following information:

• Number of servings required

• Type of cake needed (cake flavour and icing flavour)

• Date, location and time of event

• If there is a image of what you require, please include it in your message

* Eat Cake, Celebrate! Can interpret an image of what you require, but will not produce an exact replication of that cake.

A minimum of 3 weeks notice is preferred for most cake orders. This timeframe will ensure that decorations, icings, and other additions can be made and/or sourced in time.

​

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm a cake booking. 

 

Balance of payment is required on the day that the cake is due.

 

If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact Eat Cake, Celebrate! ASAP.

 

If an order is cancelled and it is less than  3 weeks prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded, less $20 administration fee. 

 

If an order is cancelled the week it is due and balance of payment has been received, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Where Eat Cake, Celebrate! cancels the booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered Product, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of notification to the Customer.

​

The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer only, and the Customer will need to provide these bank details to Eat Cake, Celebrate!

 

PICK UP AND DELIVERY

Cakes can be picked up at a pre-arranged time with Eat Cake, Celebrate!

​

Cakes can also be delivered depending on the location and type of cake. Please ask about delivery fees.

DAMAGES

Once the customer has checked the state of the product during pick up or delivery, and change of hands has been completed, it is the Customer’s responsibility to store and care for the cake as per Eat Cake, Celebrate’s instructions. If anything should happen to the cake after this exchange, Eat Cake, Celebrate! will not liable for any damages. Furthermore, if a customer decides to transport the product themselves,  Eat Cake, Celebrate! will not be liable for damages that may occur duration transportation.
 

PUBLICATION

Eat Cake, Celebrate!  reserves the right to use any image of a Product made by us for publication at a later date.

Eat Cake, Celebrate! will endeavour to not post any photos on social media or other platforms until after your event has taken place.

​

Eat Cake, Celebrate!  will not use any image supplied by the Customer, without first obtaining the Customer’s permission. Ie: Children’s birthday parties, and photos of the events.
